ROLL-OFF CONTAINERS, DUMPSTER RENTALS & CURBSIDE PICK-UP
SERVING MIDDLE AND WEST TENNESSEE
WHO WE ARE
RaeKar provides fast, friendly, reliable service to residents in Middle and West TN
Whether you are cleaning out the attic or basement, relocating without taking all of your belongings or simply disposing of unwanted wastes on a regular basis, call us! We will be happy to rent you a dumpster or provide curbside household services.
RaeKar is Family Owned
RaeKar is owned and operated on the foundation of family. Jason and Bridget Crews started the company in 2018. Proving that family always comes first, the couple named their business after their daughters, Raegan and Karson. They combined their names to become "RaeKar."
Why RaeKar?
RaeKar provides a superior service at a comparable price. Our customers don’t see many of the fees (environmental, fuel surcharge, etc.) that are commonly found when using large haulers.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Andrew Kelly
SALES CONSULTANT
Andrew Kelly is a Waynesboro native who is deeply committed to his community. As a sales consultant for C&B Linen, he covers Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama and Northern Mississippi, developing new customer opportunities and maintaining existing relationships. He started with the company in 2019 as a delivery driver, working his way up to his current position. He came to C&B after several years at ARTCo Barge & Stevedoring, where he worked on a line boat. Andrew lives with wife Kelli and their two children in Waynesboro. He appreciates the local focus, positive atmosphere and family-based culture at C&B, and enjoys engaging with business owners in his own community and learning more about new ones.
Brad Borneman
SALES CONSULTANT
Brad joined the sales team in June 2023 as a West Tennessee sales consultant for both C&B Linen and RaeKar, focused on business development and regional relationships. He works with private and commercial customers for RaeKar’s dumpster rental and trash-hauling services, and with commercial clients for C&B’s commercial linen and cleaning supply services.
Borneman came to C&B and RaeKar from staffing and workforce management firm Hamilton-Ryker Group, where he was responsible for recruitment, hiring, retention and risk management, and administering sales and marketing programs. Prior to that, he spent 11 years as a recruiter in the undergraduate and Master of Education programs at Bethel University, helping prospective students with financial aid applications, course selection, and charting paths for educational success.
A former parks director for the City of Gleason who promoted youth baseball and softball and inaugurated football and soccer programs, Brad umpires baseball and softball games throughout West Tennessee in his free time.
Holly Rich
DIVISION MANAGER
As division manager, Holly Rich is the woman who keeps the business side of RaeKar running smoothly. From billing and customer service to employee issues, Holly handles all the logistical concerns so our customers have a seamless experience.
Holly and husband Anthony have worked in the waste disposal industry for almost a decade and a half. The couple ran their own waste-disposal company, Rich Disposal Service, for 11 years in Wayne County. When they sold the company to RaeKar in 2021, the Riches came along with it.
Holly holds an associate’s degree in office administration from Northwest Shoals Community College. When not at work, you can find her trying to keep up with her kids’ many activities – the Collinwood couple have a 6-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter who is involved in volleyball, basketball and competition dance.
Anthony Rich
GENERAL MANAGER
General manager Anthony jokes that he has a “PhD in trash!” Anthony and wife Holly ran their own waste-disposal company, Rich Disposal Services, for 11 years. When they sold that company to RaeKar in 2021, they both came with it.
At Rich, certified machinist Anthony did just about everything, including driving the truck. At RaeKar his role is supervisory, including hiring new employees and purchasing new garbage trucks, dumpsters and other equipment.
Anthony and Holly grew up in family businesses – his family owned a car lot and Holly’s ran a hardware store. They both appreciate that RaeKar is also a family-owned and operated business, and love the people they get to work with.
Allen White
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Public relations and marketing director Allen White has been with Raekar since 2018, when he was hired as human resources director for C&B and Wayne Halfway House. He was promoted to PR and marketing director in 2023.

A Nashville native with deep Wayne County roots, White graduated from Wayne County High School and attended Columbia State University.
